Volume

How many things did you do? Tickets resolved, students taught, articles published, patients seen, deals reviewed, emails handled.

How much faster? Response time, cycle time, onboarding duration, delivery lead time.

Revenue, cost saved, budget owned, contract value, funding raised.

Team size, cross-functional stakeholders, direct reports, users served, audience reached.

NPS, error rate, defect rate, satisfaction score, retention, review score.

What if I don't remember the exact numbers?

Estimate honestly and round. '~30% faster' is fine. Never invent specifics you can't defend.
