Certifications section (separate, not in skills)
List every active cert with expiration month/year. Add pending or in-progress certs at the bottom of the section — hospitals credit forward motion.

- Unit type (ICU, ED, PACU, L&D, PICU, NICU, Tele, Med-Surg).
- EHR: Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts.
